ACRA & IRAS compliance deadline mapper

Enter your company's financial year-end to map every statutory filing deadline — AGM, Annual Return, ECI and corporate tax — computed from your FYE, with a calendar you can import.

How the dates are worked out

For a private limited company, each deadline is a fixed offset from your financial year-end (FYE): ECI within 3 months, the AGM within 6 months, and the Annual Return within 7 months. The corporate tax return (Form C-S / C-S (Lite) / C) is due on 30 November of the Year of Assessment, which is the year after your financial year ends.

Monthly CPF contributions are due by the 14th of the following month. GST returns apply only if your business is GST-registered and are filed within one month of each accounting period.
