MOM leave entitlement checker
Enter length of service to see the statutory annual leave, outpatient sick leave and hospitalisation leave an employee is entitled to under Singapore's Employment Act.
The rules
An employee covered by the Employment Act who has served at least 3 months is entitled to paid annual leave — 7 days in the first year, rising by one day each year to a cap of 14 days from the eighth year. In the first year (3–11 months) annual leave is pro-rated.
Paid sick leave also starts after 3 months and increases with service: 5 days outpatient and 15 days hospitalisation at 3 months, up to 14 days outpatient and 60 days hospitalisation at 6 months and beyond. The hospitalisation figure is the total cap and includes the outpatient days.
